Special Arrangements for Pre-Orders under Adverse Weather Conditions
During Typhoon Signal No. 8 or Black Rainstorm Warning
All branches will open as usual from 10:00 a.m., except for designated affected branches (Exclude shops located at Discovery Bay, certain MTR stations, Taikoo Shing Eslite, and certain branches in supermarkets/department stores), where operations will be suspended. Customer(s) are advised to collect order(s) as scheduled.
During Typhoon Signal No. 9 or above
All branches will be closed. All orders will be automatically deferred by one day. (If the severe weather signal remains in force for two consecutive days, collection will be deferred by two days, and so forth.)
Special considerations
Once confirmed by successful payment(s), the order(s) cannot be cancelled, altered, exchanged and/or refunded. Should there is any change on collection date: For Click & Collect orders: Please email cs@a-1bakery.com.hk 2 working days prior to collection, during office hours. For order(s) placed at physical store(s): Please contact or visit the ordering branch 2 working days prior to collection, during business hours.
Remarks
As adverse weather conditions may cause unforeseen disruptions to our operations, our Company may still adjust as necessary. We kindly recommend that in the event of severe weather, customer(s) may refer to our official social media platforms and website for the latest announcements before collection.
