Order Process

CLICK & COLLECT is a service for customer to order product online and pickup at designated store. It is available with minimum order amount HK$100.

  1. Add to Cart

    Select the product's size, quantity, and options, then click "Add to Cart."

  2. Select Options

    Please check all the options, including but not limited to size, quantity, and/or chocolate plaque message before adding into shopping Cart.

    Login or Register:

    If you are already a registered member, please log in first.
    If you are new customer, you may register by entering the required information under "New Member Registration."
    ※ Members may review order details from My Page after ordering.

    Guest Checkout:

    If you temporarily do not want to become our member, guest checkout is also available.

  3. Select Store and Date

    You may select your preferred pickup store and delivery date and time after clicking continue to check out.

  4. Payment Method

    We temporarily accept VISA/MASTER Credit Card payment only.

    Important Notes:
    ※ Name of ordering person must be synchronized with credit cards holder. However, exceptions may apply for specific cases requiring a receipt under a company name, etc.
    ※ We use SSL for credit card payments. Your card number is encrypted during transmission for ensuring security.
    ※ Credit card statements are not issued through our payment system. Please refer to the statements sent by your card company for transaction details.

  5. Review Your Order

    Please verify again your order items and other options, and click into "Pay & Confirm" for completion of your order. After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
    ※ If necessary, please allow emails from @a-1bakery.com.hk in advance.
    If you are our member, you may also review your order details in the order history on My Page.

Order Pickup

Checking from My Page

Please pickup your order by showing the QR Code in App on chosen date at designated store. No refund or replacement will be arranged if customer(s) could not pick up the ordered product(s) within the agreed period. A-1 Bakery Group will reserve the right of disposing and not be liable for products picked after expiry date.
※ Some items may have shorter shelf-lives, it is warmly recommended customers consuming those concerned as soon as possible.

Attention:
After confirming your order by successful payment, changes on item, pickup date and time, and/or other order details is/are generally not accepted.

Gift Points – Merchandise Redemption(RED Member & SILVER Member Applicable)

• Applicable to A-1 BAKERY CO., (HK) LTD. outlets in Hong Kong (except Das Gute United Centre shop and all Châteraisé outlets).
• Items could only be redeemed by valid membership and redemption code.
• Redemption code can be used once only.
• All designated redemption detail could not be altered or revoked.
• Redemption code is non-exchangeable for cash or other forms of gifts or vouchers and could not be re-sold.
• Redemption code would be only valid before expiry day at the designated shop (if any). No extension is available.
• Customer may contact the store to check the stock before redemption if necessary. Items would be only available while stocks last.
• Photos of items are for reference only.
• This redemption code will not be replaced once issued. Code obtained through unauthorized channels or modified, copied, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way will be deemed void. Redemption code with data unsynchronized with A-1 Bakery will not be accepted.
• Upon redemption at shop, staff may reconfirm the membership detail with picker for identity verification purpose.
• Transaction with pre-ordering, gift redemption, and instant purchase cannot be combined in one single transaction upon usage of gift vouchers.

Gift Points – E-voucher Redemption(RED Member & SILVER Member Applicable)

• Applicable to A-1 BAKERY CO., (HK) LTD. outlets in Hong Kong (except Das Gute United Centre shop and all Châteraisé outlets).
• This voucher could only be redeemed with valid membership and redemption code.
• Member shall present the redemption code to shop staff before payment.
• e-Voucher and/or e-Coupon is not applicable to online shop unless specified as “exclusively used for online shop”. (For redemption at online shop, member shall confirm the final amount before proceeding the payment, no replenishment is applicable for any loss due to incorrect information, network interception, or special occasion of hardware(s).)
• This voucher can be used once only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, coupons, and/or vouchers.
• All redemption detail could not be altered.
• This voucher is non-exchangeable for cash or other forms of gifts or vouchers, could not be re-sold and no change will be given upon payment by this voucher.
• This voucher would be only valid before the expiry date. No extension is applicable.

Click & Collect

• Ornament(s) on cake(s) may be changed without prior notice due to limited supply. The picture(s) in our website is for reference only.
• Each whole cake (only apply to the cakes under category “Cake” on our Click & Collect page; and not applicable to seasonal products) can come with a birthday plaque, wording “Happy Birthday” is originally written on the plaque and customer(s) may add 4 Chinese words or 15 English alphabets (punctuation mark and space will be counted as 1 word).
• No refund or replacement will be arranged if customer(s) could not pick up the ordered product(s) within the agreed period. A-1 Bakery Group will reserve the right of disposing and not be liable for products picked after expiry date.
• Once the order is paid, there will be no cancellation, alters, exchange, nor refund.
• Pre-order lead time of wedding cake(s) is 45 days (cut-off time is 12:00nn)
• Pre-order lead time of voucher(s) is 10 days (cut-off time is 12:00nn)
• Most of our shops (exclude shops at Discovery Bag, Yata or Citistore) will be operated as normal during hoisting period of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal 8 or higher or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, customer(s) shall pickup the order(s) within agreed period.
• All special discount(s) (including membership discount) and pre-order lead time are not applicable for voucher(s) order(s).

Click & Collect — Wedding Cake

• All wedding cakes must be ordered at least 45 days in advance. Get a wedding cake tag for FREE with any wedding cake order.
• Other discount(s), voucher(s), or promotional offer(s) cannot be used in conjunction with offers of Wedding Products.
• Delivery time slot is 12:00 – 15:00 only; no specific hour is available.
• Only avanced full payment is accepted. Order cancellation, change, refund, and/or goods return is not allowed once the transaction is confirmed and paid.
• Only ONE delivery location is allowed for each transaction.
• Delivery service is not applicable to the following special locations: Squatter areas, walled villages, small houses, village houses, temporary housing areas, piers, parks, sports arenas, outlying islands, construction sites; Sai Kung, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, Tai Tam Road, Shek O, The Peak, Floating Restaurant, impermanent, and/or incomplete addresses.
• HK$250 extra delviery fee will be charged for remote areas, including but not limited to Fairview Park, Hong Lok Yuen, Palm Springs and Royal Palms, etc.
• Customer shall provide accurate and complete delivery address and contact information. A-1 Bakery will not be liable for any delay, mis-delivery, and/or loss due to inaccurate and/or incomplete information provided. For any unsuccesful and/or rejected delviery caused by incomplete and/or inaccurate information, deliveryman will directly contact the customer. Extra HK$250 delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery and only one re-delivery to one location (exclude special locations and remote areas) is allowed; A-1 Bakery Group also reserves the right of cancellatoin of re-deliery request.
• Delivery service is still available under Typhoon Signal No.8 or below, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Signal (exclude traffic interception due to the bad weather condition). When typhoon No.9 or above is hosted, store pick-up and delivery service will be suspended. Our staff will contact the customer once the normal business operation is resumed; If the customer cannot be reached, the order will be treated as automatically voided, and the paid amount will not be refunded.
• By signing the delivery note, customer is confirmed the delivered goods are received with well condition and appropriate quantity.
• The signed delivery note is the proof of delivery, which is binding for confirmation and acceptance of the goods. A-1 Bakery will not be responsible for any problem and/or damage after delivery with signed delivery note by customer.
• In case of any dispute, A-1 Bakery Group reserves the right of final decision, including but not limited to suspension, change, revision and/or termination of this promotion and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
• Product photos are for reference only. Ingredients and/or ornaments may be varied due to special supply occasions. Non-edible ornaments may include.
• By ordering the products of A-1 Bakery, the customer acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions.

Click & Collect — Voucher

• Pre-order lead time of voucher(s) is 10 days (cut-off time is 12:00nn)
• The order cannot be separated, combined, cancelled, changed or refunded once the transaction is confirmed and paid.
• Customers can only select one pick-up location (A-1 Bakery Shop) for each transaction. A-1 Bakery Group is not liable for any delay in collection service due to bad weather or force majeure.
• Customers MUST present the order confirmation email with the order ID upon order pick-up at the chosen shop within the selected collection period in the confirmation email.
• Other discount(s), voucher(s), or promotional offer(s) cannot be used in conjunction with offers of Vouchers.
• Vouchers only applicable at physical stores by A-1 Bakery Group.
• Vouchers can only be used to purchase products at regular price; no change will be provided. Vouchers cannot be used for purchasing any voucher and/or products of wedding series. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the back of the vouchers upon usage.
• A-1 Bakery Group will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problem(s), system malfunctioning, unstable phone or computer reception and/or interception by third-party application(s) that cause(s) delay, loss, inaccurate and/or corruption of order information.
• In case of any dispute, A-1 Bakery Group reserves the right of final decision, including but not limited to suspension, change, revision and/or termination of this promotion and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
• By ordering the products of A-1 Bakery, the customer acknowledges and accepts all the terms and conditions.
• The quantity of vouchers given away and the discounts are based on the same face-valued vouchers purchased. (e.g. If a purchase of 50 pcs x HK$50 and 50 pcs x HK$88 vouchers, no extra voucher will be given.)

About Membership Rank

A-1 Bakery offers BASIC, RED, and SILVER Membership. For more details, click here.

Rank Renewal

There is no expiration for Basic Member. RED/SILVER-Membership are valid for 365 days from the first day of upgrade or registration. However, there would be an expiry date for designated activities or privileges, including but not limited to Stamps, please refer to specific Terms & Conditions.
RED-Members can maintain their tier by accumulating a total net purchase amount of HK$2000 within the 365-day valid membership or by paying an annual renewal fee of HK$600.
SILVER-Member can maintain their tier by accumulating a total net purchase amount of HK$8000 within the 365-day valid membership.
The total net purchase amount would be reset on the renewal date.

Rank Upgrade

Basic Member can upgrade to RED-Member by paying an annual fee of HK$600 or by collecting 30 A-stamps within designed period.
RED-Member can automatically upgrade to SILVER-Member by accumulating a total net purchase amount of HK$8000 within 365 days from the effective date.
The total net purchase amount would be reset on the upgrade date.

Rank Downgrade

If RED-Member fail to reach a total net purchase amount of HK$2000 within 365 days from the effective date, will be downgraded to Basic Member, and all accumulated Gift Points will be forfeited.
If SILVER-Member reached total net purchase amount between HK$2000 to HK$7999 within 365 days from effective date, will be downgraded to RED-Member; but BASIC member if fail to reach a total net purchase amount of HK$2000 within 365 days from effective date. All accumulated Gift Points will be forfeited if downgraded to BASIC member.

Overview of Points

HK$10 = 1 Gift point; HK$10 and 1 point as unit, remaining will not be counted.
You can accumulate Gift Point from purchases at both physical and online store. By accumulating Gift Points, you can redeem products or vouchers.
※ Members must log in at online store and/or present the membership e-card at physical stores to earn the Gift Points. Membership registration is available here.

Important Note:
※ Points can be used for redeeming products or vouchers through our points redemption system but cannot be used as discounts or convert to cash during purchases.
※ Points cannot be transferred or combined to/with others.

Checking Your Gift Points

From "My Page", you can check your current points balance and view the history.

Gift Points Expiry

Gift Points can be accumulated within validity of membership for RED/SILVER-Member. However, once RED/SILVER-Member downgraded to BASIC Member, all Gift Points will be forfeited and non-usable.

About A-stamps

HK$20 = 1 "A-stamp".

Every membership can earn 30 A-Stamps ONLY in maximum within 60 days from the collection date of first A-Stamp, all purchase amounts valued over 30 A-Stamps will be disregarded (exclude Red/Silver Card members, Red/Silver Card members may earn another 1st A-Stamp in next purchase after earning 30 A-Stamps in one gift redemption cycle*).

*Example: Red/Silver Card members earned 25 A-Stamps, members can ONLY earn 5 A-Stamps in maximum in next purchase regardless the number of A-Stamp originally could be earned in that purchase; members may get 1st Stamp again in the next purchase after that "5 A-Stamp in maximum" purchase.

Collect A-stamps for Rank Upgrades

BASIC Members can upgrade to RED-Member by collecting A-stamps.

Collect A-stamps for e-Gift

Both BASIC, RED and SILVER Member can earn e-Gift by collecting A-stamps.

Important Note:
※ If your membership rank is updated, your collected A-stamp count will be reset.
※ Products or vouchers that can be redeemed by A-stamp may change from time-to-time without prior notice.
※ Members must present the membership e-card or code upon payment at physical stores, and/or log in when ordering from the 'Click and Collect' online shop. The A-stamps will not be replaced.

About A-1 Bakery Mobile Application

We have been working hard to enhance our mobile app and provide users with a smooth shopping experience and top-quality services. App's functions and user experience may vary depending on different devices and regions.

Can't search for or download the A-1 Bakery Mobile App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  1. Please ensure that your mobile device's network (Mobile Data or Wi-Fi) is functioning correctly.
  2. The A-1 Bakery mobile app is only available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in Hong Kong. If you are using an Android device that does not come with Google Play pre-installed, or you have a mobile device or account registered outside of Hong Kong, you will not be able to download or use the app as intended.

Please note that A-1 Bakery Group will not be responsible for any charges, losses, or changes that occur as a result of app updates, such as additional data usage and charges, lost application data, or changes in app operation after installing an update.

In Case of Problems

Fail in member registration

If you are unable to complete the new member registration, there could be several reasons. Please take a moment to check the following possibilities.

Incorrect Input or missing to input compulsory field

Check for any displayed errors related to your input.

Email Address

One email address can be used for one membership only. You cannot register with the same email address if it has been used for registration before. If you have forgotten your registration details, please try to log in, or use the password reset feature (enter your registered email address and follow the instructions for password reset).

If your situation does not fall into the above categories, please contact us for further assistance.

If You Forgot Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, please use the password reset feature. Enter your email address, and we will send a new default password to the provided email address. It is highly recommended to change personal password after first login by default password for security reason.

If Emails Are Not Being Received

If you are not receiving our emails, there could be several reasons. Please take a moment to check the following possibilities:
- Incorrect email address during registration.
- The domain (@a-1bakery.com.hk) may be blocked or restricted by your email settings, please check the Junk Box at this moment.
