The Elegance (15cm) has a chic and unique dome shape, covered with a Japanese white peach shiny mirror glaze and edible gold foil, making it look noble and generous. The cheese mousse under the glaze is made from Japanese white peaches that are sweet but not greasy. The cake is filled with white peach pieces and rose jelly, and wrapped in yogurt mousse, which gives you a surprise for multiple taste buds. The bottom of the cake is embellished with edible roses and decorated with hand-made Carnation-shaped chocolate decorations.

(Ruby Chocolate and Strawberry Yogurt Mousse Cake)
Pink Rosa (12cm / 15cm; two sizes available) is filled with cream made by Ruby Chocolate, which has a slightly sour taste that complements the sweetness of the cake. The top layer of the cake is uniquely designed with a dense strawberry heart-shaped yogurt mousse, which is squeezed with pink cream and decorated with Nama Chocolate (Strawberry flavour), fresh strawberries, rose-shaped chocolate, and pearl decorations. The dreamy pink colour will surely win over anyone's heart, especially Mom's!
Fantasy Rose (15cm) is topped with pink and white rose-shaped chocolate decorations and fresh strawberries. The Japanese Amaou Strawberry crepe is made with flour from Akita Prefecture, Japan, which has a unique chewy texture. It is filled with silky Earl Gray cream. The soft and delicious sponge cake at the bottom is coated with sweet and delicious strawberry jam matching the crepe layer. It's absolutely delightful and you won't be able to resist the endless aftertaste of this dessert!

A heart-shaped cake is the perfect way to express your love! The heart-shaped Blooming Love has a pink and delicious yoghurt mousse made with Japanese Amaou Strawberries. The cake is covered with a raspberry-flavoured shiny mirror glaze and topped with red rose-shaped chocolate decorations, fresh strawberries, and blueberries. The cake has a dense and fluffy sponge cake layer with an Okubo white peach filling, giving it a rich texture and fruity flavour.
