Soybean cream made from kinako (soybean) flour from Kikyo Shingen Mochi was filled in soft and fluffy Japanese dorayaki. It is beautifully balanced by the delicate sweetness of kuromitsu (black sugar syrup). Paired with a layer of soft yet chewy mochi, each mouthful delivers the signature bouncy, moist, and richly layered texture of classic Kikyo Shingen Mochi.
